Ambar Collazo
Ambar Collazo is a contemporary dance artist and educator based in Nantes. Originally from Mexico, she is trained in classical ballet, contemporary dance, jazz, and contact improvisation, with experience across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe. Alongside her studies in architecture, Ambar has danced with companies such as Mahogany Dance Theatre and trained with institutions including The Tallahassee Ballet and the Centre Chorégraphique National de Nantes. Her teaching and movement practice focus on listening, weight-sharing, and embodied connection, creating inclusive spaces where dancers can explore trust, presence, and collective movement through contact improvisation.

Sofia Miño is a contemporary dance artist whose work centers on research, creation, and contact-based practices. Trained at the Nantes and Angers Regional Conservatory, she holds a Diploma of Choreographic Studies and continued her formation through international programs such as CobosMika Seed’s / Junior Company (Spain) and PERA – Performing School of Arts (Cyprus). Her artistic path is deeply influenced by improvisation, physical listening, and compositional research, enriched through workshops with artists from companies including Peeping Tom, La Veronal, Ultima Vez, Akram Khan, and Hofesh Shechter. Sofia approaches contact improvisation as a space for curiosity and presence, where movement emerges through collaboration, trust, and shared exploration.
