Contemporary Flow
Contemporary Flow is a fluid and organic approach to contemporary dance, focused on continuity of movement, mobility, and freedom of expression. It combines spirals, floorwork transitions, musicality, and spatial exploration, helping develop a body that is more available, creative, and connected. This practice encourages each person to discover their own movement language, regardless of experience.
Contact Improvisation is a dance practice based on listening, touch, and weight sharing with a partner. Through improvisation, it invites dancers to explore trust, responsiveness, and connection, playing with gravity, support, and spontaneous movement. It is a physical dialogue, open to all levels, where we learn to be present with ourselves and with others.
A jam is an open and welcoming space for free dance and collective improvisation, where everyone can integrate the workshop explorations at their own pace. It is a moment to practice, meet other dancers, experiment without performance pressure, and nurture community through movement, listening, and sharing.
Come as you are.
